Hi and thanks for visiting my website.
I have always had a passion for the Lord and for yoga. I am so happy that the Lord put the desire in my heart to teach. I am so excited to teach others and allow them to rest, feel peace and to help them destress. Life is so filled with such stress that we all need time for ourselves to rest, detox and restore.
My website name came from the Bible, Jesus is the light of the world and my light in life.
John 8:12 When Jesus spoke again to His people, He said, ” I am the light of the world, Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
I have always found myself praying while doing yoga, asking God for the strength to get through each challenging pose, I am here to work for Him and to let His love shine through me.
Life for me has been very challenging, with my health and everyday life, I thank Him for the challenges and hurtles He has allowed to come my way, It has made me so much stronger and has given me so much faith to know that He is God and through God I need to be still and not be so easily moved. He is my light! I put all my trust in Him. I love Him so much.
God has given me a beautiful Husband, My first true love, My soulmate. I have found that God doesn’t answer prayers when we want Him too, He answers them in His time, My husband and I were together when we were 16 till age 19, we broke up and went out seperate ways for 20 years, then I prayed for years for a man that I could love with all my heart and cryed and prayed. One day, there was an email from my first love, and that is when we began our life together for the second time, to become this time as husband and wife and God is the center of our marriage. Relationships aren’t easy but families that pray together stay together, so no matter what comes our way, we can defeat all with God.
I hope you all will come back to my website from time to time, And I hope to teach you Christian Yoga. You will feel His presense. The Lord God is amazing, He wants nothing more then for us to be close to Him. To Love and to share His love with others.
